* educate the community on developmental assets
* facilitate the efforts of individuals and organizations in the
community to take assets - building actions
* facilitate and promote leadership opportunities for area youth
services and programs
* identify needs and avoid duplication with regard to youth
services and programs
* serve as a community information clearinghouse for youth
services and opportunities that are available
